1. Why We Have a No Refunds Policy

Miracle Parenting Hub offers exclusively digital products including online courses, coaching programs, community access, and educational content. Our no refunds policy exists because digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, cannot be "returned" once accessed, contain proprietary intellectual property that cannot be "un-accessed," and this policy prevents misuse where content could be consumed and then claimed for refund.

2. Products Covered by This Policy

This no refunds policy applies to all products and services, including digital parenting courses, coaching programs and masterclasses, WhatsApp community memberships, downloadable resources and worksheets, video content and training materials, and any other digital products offered on shreyasamani.com.

3. What Happens After Purchase

When you complete a purchase: payment is processed immediately, you receive instant access to the purchased content, login credentials are sent to your registered email, and you can begin using the content immediately. Once access is granted, the sale is final and cannot be reversed.

4. Before You Purchase

To ensure you make an informed decision, we encourage you to review course descriptions carefully, check what's included, understand the delivery format, read testimonials, and contact us at hi@miracleparentinghub.in if you have questions before purchasing.

5. No Exceptions

We maintain a strict no refunds policy with no exceptions. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of time to complete the course, dissatisfaction with content when the course description was clear, technical issues on your end, not achieving expected results, duplicate or accidental purchases, or purchases made by mistake.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you can access your purchased content. Note that technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank after receiving access to our digital products, your access to all content will be immediately revoked, you will be permanently banned from future purchases, we will provide evidence of product delivery to your payment provider, and you may be liable for additional fees and legal costs.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refund of previously purchased products or services.

9. Payment Gateway Issues

If a payment is deducted from your account but you do not receive access to the purchased product, contact us immediately at hi@miracleparentinghub.in with your transaction details. We will verify the payment and grant access within 24-48 hours. If the payment was not received by us, we will guide you through the refund process with your payment provider.
